Daily 10 mins Rhythmic meditative balancing. A repetitive movement exercise to help with focus and immediate stress relief, left-right balancing and mind-body connection.
- Find a comfortable sitting position
- Tap Left - Right - Left - Right, skip a tap, then Right - Left - Right - Left
- Tap as fast as is comfortable
- Repeat sequence for 10 mins
- Try and keep the rhythm even
- If you loose the time - short pause - restart
