Helping Yourself 2020 is a self-help resource by artists, sharing personal tips, practices, coping and healing strategies concerning our mental & physical health. This collection started end of last year in a pre-covid19 context, with a focus on chronic conditions.
Sharing from own experience, our knowledge and research, however subtle or impactful, this manual has suggestions for coping, treatment, prevention from what makes us sick. We're curious about alternative ways of practice around the issue and bringing voices together. What is really helping us? What can we do to help ourselves?
Helping Yourself 2020 provides evidence for the mind-body at dis-ease and features contributions on how to care for ourselves and our communities with a focus on chronic issues. This resource may help in uncertain and changing times of crisis, the same, or it might be needed even more.
